BCH Construction LLC is a locally owned construction management/ general contracting firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Founded in 2009 by William Coggins and Cole Holliday, BCH strives to provide the area with quality and cost-effective solutions for the needs of its clients. 

 

BCH has aligned itself with some of the best architects and engineers in the Savannah and surrounding areas to offer a complete design build experience. We specialize in all facets of construction, completed projects including: kitchen/bath/whole home remodels, new home construction, office and tenant up-fits, aircraft hangars (both remodels and ground up), and large scale manufacturing facilities with state of the art equipment.

 William (Bill) Coggins is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in finance.  In his 25+ years of construction experience Bill has served in all facets of construction ranging from estimator, site superintendent, project manager, to President of construction. Through his extensive range of past experiences Bill is able to develop, construct, and deliver a large range of projects from residential to commercial to industrial. Projects completed in the past range from $20,000 to $25+million.

 

 

Cole Holliday is a 2007 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Construction Management. In his experience, Cole has been a part of numerous residential, commercial retail, and industrial projects ranging from remodel to complete development. Cole has 10 years experience in the construction industry working as a carpenter, estimator, superintendent, and project manager.

Cole has worked on and managed projects ranging from $20,000.00 to $5+million.
